The site
This site describes SkipperHaven, marina management software currently in private beta. Information here is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.
Beta software
SkipperHaven is pre-release software. It is provided to beta participants on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. It may contain bugs, incomplete features, and limitations that wouldn't be acceptable in a production product. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose during the beta.
Participation is voluntary
Submitting the beta interest form is not a commitment by you, and accepting your submission is not a commitment by us. Either party can decline to proceed at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or any beta software. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product matures. The "last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
